Terms of Service

1. Quotes and how you agree

We send each quote on WhatsApp with the price, what is included, the number of revision rounds and links to these terms and our Privacy Policy. A quote is accepted when you tap "I agree" on it.

When you agree, we keep a permanent record of it: your WhatsApp number and name, the date and time, the quote and the versions of these terms and the Privacy Policy that were linked. This record is our contract with you.

If we send you a revised quote, the earlier one no longer applies and its "I agree" button stops working.

2. How a project runs

After you agree, we design a UI/UX sample of your website and send you a private preview link. You can approve it or ask for changes.

When you approve the design, we ask for the deposit. After the deposit is paid, we build the full website and send you a new preview to review.

When you approve the full website, we ask for the remaining balance. After it is paid, we put the website live on your domain and send you the live link.

Delivery dates we give you are estimates. Time we spend waiting for you (for example for content, approvals or payments) is added to them.

3. Prices and payment

Unless the quote says otherwise, you pay 50% of the quoted price as a deposit when you approve the UI/UX sample, and the remaining 50% before the website goes live.

Payment is by bank transfer to the account shown on the invoice. Use the invoice number as the reference and send us a photo of the transfer slip on WhatsApp. A payment counts once we have checked it against our bank statement and confirmed it to you.

Invoices are due within the period shown on them. The design sample is free if you choose not to continue before paying the deposit. Deposits are not refundable once we have started the full build.

4. Preview until paid in full

Until the final payment is confirmed, your website is only available on a preview link for review. It is not published on your domain and should not be used for business.

We connect your domain and send you the live link only after you have paid in full.

5. Revisions and extra work

Each stage (design and full build) includes the number of revision rounds shown in your quote. One round is one list of changes you send before tapping "Done".

Changes after the included rounds, or anything outside the agreed scope (for example new pages or features), are extra work. We will quote it separately before doing it.

6. Your content

You are responsible for the text, photos, logos and other material you send us. You confirm that you have the right to use them and that they are lawful and accurate.

If you ask us to write text or use stock images, we will do so in good faith. Please check everything before you approve.

We may use AI tools to help design, write and build your website. Everything is reviewed by our team before we send it to you.

7. Ownership and your licence

We own the source code, design files and hosting setup we create. Once you have paid in full, you have a non-exclusive licence to use the website for your business for as long as it is hosted with us and any yearly fees are paid.

Your own content, logos and trademarks remain yours.

If you ask for the project files, we will review the request and may provide them, with or without a fee, at our discretion. We may show your website in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

8. Domains, hosting and yearly fees

We register and manage domains on your behalf. Hosting is included as described in your package.

Yearly fees (for example domain renewal or care plans) are invoiced 30 days before the renewal date, with reminders.

If a yearly fee is still unpaid 14 days before the renewal date, we will take the website offline. This lets us still renew the domain in time once you pay, because an expired domain can be lost permanently. We restore the website promptly after the payment is confirmed.

If a renewal stays unpaid and the domain or hosting expires, we are not responsible for losing them.

9. Warranty

For 14 days after your website goes live, we fix any errors in what we built for free. This does not cover new features, content changes or problems caused by third parties or by changes made by you.

10. How we contact you

We contact you mainly on WhatsApp. If we cannot reach you there (for example when WhatsApp's 24-hour reply window has closed), we may send you an SMS with a link. Messages are about your project, invoices and renewals only.

11. Liability

We build carefully but cannot guarantee that a website will be free of interruptions or produce particular business results. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the project in question.

We are not liable for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, including outages of hosting, domain or messaging providers.

12. Changes and law

We may update these terms. Each version is numbered and dated. A project is governed by the version you agreed to, unless you accept a newer one on a later quote.

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and the courts of Sri Lanka have jurisdiction.
